The essence of mygaragebiz.com is to provide the local community with an innovative format for members to create, browse, sell and purchase items from virtual garages.
In doing so we provide an inexpensive and exciting way for sellers to clean items out of their garages – ranging from roller skates to Range Rovers. At the same time buyers within the local community are given the opportunity to find items that up till now have been elusive.
Since our intent is only to provide a platform that facilitates sales activities, the only theme is differentially. For instance, some garages may serve as a store front for hobby goods and crafts, while others are designed to rid sellers of all the many sometime eccentric items they have accumulated the past 20 years.
How you use your garage is up to you – just have fun doing it. However, please remember that we do wish to promote and foster a healthy community environment so absolutely no inappropriate material will be tolerated. |

The main intent of this site is creating garages, which in essence serve as a virtual store front for the community members interested in cleaning out their garages while at the same time helping someone else find an item they can use.
The two types of garage accounts are the Junior and Premium memberships.
you can run your Garage on a continuous basis either month-to-month or year-to-year.

• 5 Items in your garage at all times.
• Move items up and down
• upload a picture of the item
• Access to the administration area*
• Placement on the new garage area of site. 
An expanded version of the junior membership, the premium option provides a garage capable of housing 10 items. The administrative interface also allows ongoing price changes moving items in and out of the garage, you are provided a interface to upload pictures of your product to give that personal flair to your items.
This option also provides an account history displaying a detailed snapshot of your selling efforts.
A $10 or more Donation for this Membership is required and appreciated. As more robust functionality is developed the premium members will have access to them and will be listen to as new features are requested.
*Administration page designed to help keep track of your sales efforts, along with being announced in the new garage section on the site and in the newsletter.

 Here you will find detailed information about local garage sales, flee markets, parties and just about anything organizations or individuals want to announce to the public.
Simply double clicking on a listed event provides start times, event descriptions and complete directions. Any number of events can be posted on any given day.
If you wish, you can simply join as an event member and post your weekly, biweekly, monthly or annual events.
